[He shrugs uncomfortably.]

[He laughs to himself.]

[He shakes his head.]

Don't - don't wanna remember how I hurt people.

Dorian shouldn't have touched you that first time.

Roy is a part of you that protects you. We're just going to find better ways of doing that.

[He nods.]

[He frowns.]

It's gonna - gonna get worse here, I think.

Yeah. It will. [That's the nature of this place, from all he's seen and read and watched.] But if you stick with it, then it'll get better.

[He wraps his arms around himself.]

Will you - you take me back to the Enclosure again someday?

Of course. [He gives him a little smile] Where do you want to go, Aaron?

Dunno.

I just - just wanna go see more art.

[hippie_ninja]

"We still have the whole Smithsonian to visit," he says, smiling earnestly now. Museums are fun but it was admittedly more fun with Aaron's enthusiasm there. "And then the Louvre and who knows? Every little town's got some museum to visit, too. Well. Maybe most of those are tractor museums, but...that interests me now."

"I been to - to a tractor museum," he laughs. "Don't wanna go - go back. The Louvre I like."

"Let's go then. Tomorrow after dinner, okay?" He knows now how to program it in, it'd be easy.

"Maybe," he says a bit shyly. "Dunno if I should - should go out too much."

[hippie_ninja]

"It's just with me, and it's to the Enclosure." He shrugs. "I'm a Warden. If anyone complains about you not being under house arrest, we can tell them it's a professional thing."

"I'll - I'll ask Brooklyn," he promises.

[hippie_ninja]

"All right," he nods. "How are you getting along so far?"

[creeksidealtarboy]

He shrugs. It's difficult to answer that question and so he doesn't.

"Dunno. I like him. Think he's - he's mad at me."

[hippie_ninja]

"For fighting with Dorian?" It's possible. He hasn't really seen how other wardens respond to violence, except with exasperation.

"For not telling him about - about my - " He points to his head, hoping that explains enough.

[hippie_ninja]

"I don't think most people here would be open about that." Most people here are so guarded it's a wonder they make connections at all, sometimes.

Aaron just shrugs again. He seems to be doing a lot of that, though he rarely really knows the answer. "Maybe. I'm gonna just - just read a while," he mutters.
